Seeking to Build Referral Partnerships

men shaking handsOne of the main goals behind my new social media marketing platform is to build mutually beneficial relationships with attorneys and other professionals who are involved with employees who have been wronged.

I do offer referral fees. The way I approach my practice enables me to take cases that most other plaintiff employment lawyers won’t. So together we can provide an opportunity for a plaintiff to get compensated for an injustice that they might not normally have.

I refer cases that are not employment to other attorneys.  For example, I find myself referring personal injury, family law, and criminal cases.

How I Work

I only do plaintiff’s employment law.  I do not represent employers—only employees. I handle the following types of cases:

  • sexual harassment
  • pregnancy discrimination
  • age discrimination
  • disability discrimination
  • race discrimination
  • gender discrimination
  • retaliation
  • wage and hour

I take all of my cases on a contingency.  I advance all costs and I am only paid if there is a recovery. I never ask the client for money.

I handle cases all over California. My main office is the San Jose office.
