I’m Bill Marder, a plaintiff’s lawyer specializing exclusively in employment law. For nearly 20 years, my mission has been to obtain the best possible result for each of my clients. Based in Silicon Valley and representing clients throughout California, I am looking to build relationships with other attorneys as well as potential clients who are looking for a lawyer who will take their case and serve them well.
I bring a unique approach to my employment law practice:
- I take many cases that other attorneys turn down. This gives my clients a chance to win when other lawyers are unable or unwilling to take the case.
- I only require payment if there is a recovery. If there is no recovery, I waive all of my fees and costs. The initial consultation is free.
- I move cases quickly and efficiently. I interview all potential clients and usually file suit within a few days of the first meeting.
